This notice briefly explains how personal data is processed when you visit trebini.it or contact Trebini voluntarily by email.

Purposes and legal bases
Voluntary communications are processed to reply to requests and take any pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Technical data is processed to deliver, maintain and protect the website, based on the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Recipients
Server Plan S.r.l. provides the website's hosting and technical infrastructure.
Webflow, Inc. provides the CDN domain from which the fonts are loaded; technical delivery also takes place through Cloudflare, Inc.. These providers receive the technical data required to deliver the resources.
Data is not sold or used by Trebini for profiling or behavioural advertising.
Transfers outside the EU
Loading fonts from Webflow's CDN, delivered through Cloudflare, may involve a transfer of technical data to the United States. Webflow states that it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and uses the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Webflow lists Cloudflare among its U.S. subprocessors.
Retention
Emails and related information are kept for as long as needed to manage the request and any follow-up, unless legal obligations or the protection of rights require longer retention.
Technical data is retained by the providers for the periods required to operate and secure their respective services.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
